The M40/ A40 joins Marylebone Road. To reach Macready House from the M40, travel as far as Baker Street then turn right, and then take 3rd right into Crawford Street.

By Rail

Macready House is within 15 minutes walk of Paddington Station. All other Central London mainline stations are readily accessible but best reached by Taxi, London Underground or London buses.

By Air

From Heathrow Airport

The Heathrow Express runs from Heathrow to Paddington, taking 15 minutes to or from Terminals 1,2 and 3, or 20 minutes to or from Terminal 4. Macready House is 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride from Paddington. Alternatively, Piccadilly Line tube services run to Heathrow; best route is to connect from Macready House is via Edgeware Road (Hammersmith & City Line) changing at Hammersmith.

From Gatwick Airport

The Gatwick Express runs from Gatwick Airport to Victoria Train Station, taking approximately 30 minutes end to end. Macready House can best be reached by taxi from Victoria (approx £10), or by London Underground, Circle Line from Victoria to Edgeware Road.

From Stansted Airport

The Stansted Express runs from Stansted Airport to Liverpool Street Station, taking approximately 45 minutes end to end. Macready House can then be reached by taxi (£15-20 depending on traffic), or by London Underground, Metropolitan Line to Baker Street.
